My wife has been involved in more than 30 MLM's over the past 20 years .

The best ones are the ones that require little or no money to join. These attract more distributors for the products and services . The MLM's that require start up costs are pyramid schemes for recruiting and never last . Don't fall for the hype and fuzzy math . 99% fail and we averaged making $2.80 per hour after expenses . I now own a normal small business and trade 50 hours per week for $6-8k . They will tell you it is impossible to succeed in the real world and their pyramid is the answer .

I think the best affiliate marketing and MLM program online is the Plug-In Profit Site. I have joined it a little over a year ago and now I am working full-time as an internet marketer.

The program is run by a well-respected internet marketer and almost every guru is a member. Here's the link:

Hi Erin, (thats my girlfriends name)

Your first question. There are MLM companies to avoid like melaluca, quixtar, and there are some great companies like Eniva.

It really depends on what you are interested in doing. If you don't want anything to do with nutritional products, then it doesn't matter if Eniva is any good or not because that is all they sell.

I put together a list of companies and some information about them that you may feel helpful. Click the link below to get to that list and you can contact me for any questions.

next, there is not average cost of startups. Here is what you will find. Most companies have these big packages that you can buy in at from hundreds of dollars to thousands of dollars.

In fine small print, it will say the only requirement is a kit fee of $39 and the big packages are optional.

Only a small few number of companys don't require a start up cost.

Compensation is the best part of MLM.

let me give you an example of the company I am with, Eniva.

When I get a customer that stays at the customer level, I get the Override for what they buy from the wholesale to retail price. Plus I get level 1 commission of 4% of the BV.

On Level 2, I get 10%. Pretty Nice.

This specific company pays 7 levels. Then there are other bonuses as the business grows. Car bonuses from $500 - $1000 a month, leadership bonuses and such.

Since I do marketing on the internet, MLM is great because I get paid for re-ocurring customers.

If i did affiliate programs, I send the company a sale and thats it, I never get paid again unless I send them the person again. If they buy direct, then I don't get the money.

Then the MLM company handles all the orders, the customer service, the shipping.

I just handle marketing the products and getting customers and helping them with anything they need help with.

Later I can talk to them about promoting the products also if they have interests.

Thats it, once again, let me know if you have any questions. You can contact me by visiting the site below.
